Brendon Todd went a step closer after opening a two-shot lead in the RSM Classic in Georgia to completing a PGA Tour effort that was rare.
Todd, looking to become the first player since Tiger Woods in 2006 to win three consecutive PGA Tour events, posted a 62 about the Seaside Course at Sea Island.

Starting the weekend four strokes off the lead, Todd emptied a 20-footer at the initial and also followed a 10-foot gain by posting back-to-back birdies and again picking up shots at both the ninth and seventh.
Reaching the turn Todd rolled in a 10-footer in the 17th and moved ahead with a close-range gain at the 11th, before shutting his blemish-free card at the past with a lip-out from long range.
While Munoz submitted three birdies in a four-hole extend from the 11th on his way into some 66 to get within two of their lead simpson moved up the leaderboard with a blemish-free 63.
Whoever leader Tyler Duncan slipped into a talk of their fifth after producing 18 pars with Swedens Henrik Norlander resulting in the European interest, to remain below for the week and also in tied-eighth.
