Daytona 500: Odds, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch for 2019 race

As the Daytona 500 will take place on 21, the first Cup Series race of the year is about to begin.
Coming into this season there are a couple questions which have to be answered early. First Martin Truex Jr. and Kyle Busch more dominate the winner’s circle? And second, are these drivers start to genuinely usher this game into a new age?
It’s going to be difficult to tell with just one race since this is one of the hardest races to forecast on year, but there is a chance for a gun to measure up and take home the Daytona title.
MORE: 2019 rule varies explained | Daytona 500 TV program At the last 10 decades, only one driver has repeated as the winner at Daytona (Jimmie Johnson, 2013) and 15 different drivers have seen the checkered flag. This race is really a crapshoot and everyone can win.
For the time being, we are likely to remain conservative with our choice as we’ll choose Joey Logano who is coming off of the first Cup Series title and has finished in the top 10 at 40 percent of his career races in Daytona. In addition, he includes five top-5 endings and a win (2015).
The Daytona 500 can be seen Sunday at 2:30 p.m. ET on Fox.
